Group 0 - 6: Meet at Newport Athletics Track 6.35pm for a 6.45pm start.

TRACK Session

G0-3.5 - Coaches will provide full details on the night.

G4-6 - Pyramid Session

(Session to include adequate warm up before speedwork to reduce injury risks)

(Runners to be set in lanes with defined walk off points / directions to avoid collisions)
