Calendar

All groups meet at 14 Locks Canal Centre at 6:30pm for a 6:35pm departure.

Session will be a hill interval session on grass.  Please wear shoes with appropriate grip, especially if it is wet.

Please ensure that you park courteously if using the roads nearby, don't block drives, park too close to the junctions etc.
